We’d love to invite you to join us as a food vendor at the Ayrburn Classic 2027, taking place at Ayrburn, Arrowtown from 19th - 21st February 2027.

The Ayrburn Classic is New Zealand’s premier celebration of motoring and hospitality, bringing together an extraordinary collection of classic, collector, performance and significant vehicles within the grounds of Ayrburn.

Following another huge year, the Classic returns in 2027 with an even bigger programme. Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st February are expected to welcome more than 6,000+ guests across the weekend, alongside car owners, exhibitors, partners, media and event teams.

For 2027, Porsche will be our Marque of the Year, with 100+ Porsches expected across the Ayrburn terraces. We’re also introducing our inaugural Concours, Junior Concours, expanded family areas, live entertainment, demonstrations and showcases across the weekend.

JOIN THE FOOD LINE-UP

Food and hospitality are a huge part of the Ayrburn Classic experience, and this year we’re looking to complement Ayrburn’s own venues with a carefully selected group of fantastic local and regional food operators.

We’re looking for vendors who can deliver great food, fast service and a polished presentation, while comfortably managing the volume of a major event.

Trading will take place across Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st February, with selected vendors positioned within our dedicated hospitality and high-traffic festival areas.
