Late Entry Form

Please complete the entry form below to enter your vehicle into the 2025 Ayrburn Classic. Late entries will be accepted no later than 10am Thursday 13 March 2025.

The entry fee for the Ayrburn Classic is $300 per vehicle and includes:

- Display your vehicle within the festival fields

- Weekend GA Passes for two people (Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd March) 2025

- Miranda Easten concert (Sat) and Harriet & the Radiophonics concert (Sun)

- 4x chances to win our super spot prize

- Invitation to Welcome Party (cocktail event) on Friday 21nd March 2025

- Preferential lunch reservations 

- Preferential access to tickets for the Long Lunch

On completion of the entry form, we will send you an email requesting photographs and a brief history of your vehicle. Once these have been received, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to pay the entry fee. Your entry will only be considered complete only once payment of the fee has been received.
