Win a 2007 Fraser Clubman Lotus 7 Replica

1. The winner must have purchased an entry ticket (any class of ticket, excluding complimentary tickets) to the Ayrburn Classic (the Event) for any one of the days of the Event, being Saturday 22^nd March 2025 and Sunday 23^rd March 2025.
2. The prize includes a 2007 Fraser Clubman Lotus 7 Replica, a used vehicle direct from the Fraser workshop in excellent pre-loved condition (the Prize)
3. The winner must have the same name as that attached to their entry ticket to claim the Prize.
4. The winner must be a New Zealand citizen or have a full-time New Zealand postal address.
5. The winner will be selected randomly and announced by the organiser (Ayrburn Precinct Limited) as part of the Event.
6. Ayrburn Precinct Limited will contact the winner post event day and the winner has 1 week to respond and accept the prize. If the winner is unable to respond within 48hrs, Ayrburn Precinct Limited will redraw the prize.
7. The winner will be responsible for the collection of the Prize.
8. The winner must be above 16 years of age or have an accompanying adult to accept on their behalf. The winner will promptly sign all documents required to transfer ownership of the Prize.
9. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered, or associated with, Instagram and/or Meta Platforms.
10. In the event of circumstances beyond Ayrburn Precinct Limited’s reasonable control or where ticket sales for the Event do not meet a minimum threshold, Ayrburn Precinct Limited reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the prize draw or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
11. Ayrburn Precinct Limited reserves the right to select the winner at their discretion. Ayrburn Precinct Limited’s decision is final.
12. Ayrburn Precinct Limited is not responsible for the winner’s misuse of the Prize or failure to comply with the terms and conditions.
13. Ayrburn Precinct Limited can store personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy (available at www.ayrburn.com ) The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to Ayrburn Precinct Limited if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the prize draw.
14. Ayrburn Precinct Limited reserves the right to announce the winner publicly and owns all associated intellectual property relevant to the giveaway (such as images, video, or any other relevant content). Specifically, participants agree to having their name published on Ayrburn Precinct Limited’s public channels (such as social media) and/or website. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of Ayrburn Precinct Limited after the winner has been selected.
15. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Ayrburn Precinct Limited reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of similar value.
16. The Prize is a second-hand used vehicle. Ayrburn Precinct Limited provides no guarantees, warranties or liability in respect to the Prize. The Prize is accepted on an as is / where is basis with any faults or defects and acceptance of the Prize is at the winner’s sole risk.
17. Employees of Ayrburn Precinct Limited (or any related company) are not eligible to win the Prize.
