What's Required

• $300 per car entered
• Car to be placed at Ayrburn from allotted time on Friday to 5pm Sunday (on site security provided) 
• Car must be driveable and registered and warranted
• Ready for judging from 9am Saturday morning
• Available for one of the Dell showcases if selected
• Available to drive in the grand parade and judging, Sunday 22nd afternoon 3pm on the Dell if selected.
• Permission to use photographs and description of your car for event-related publicity, both before and after the show

Available Arrival Slots

During the registration process, each Ayrburn Classic car entry nominated an arrival time on Friday 20th. These details can be found in your original email confirmation.

If you would like to adjust your nominated arrival time - please email kieran.turnbull@ayrburn.com

CHECK IN PROCESS

Check-In at the Ayrburn Classic Office will take approx. 5 minutes. 

Upon arrival, please enter via William Close (entrance of SF1) and park in SF3 during the check in process. 

Owners Lanyards

Lanyards will be issued to Ayrburn Classic Car Owners at check in.

Lanyards will need to be worn at all time during festival hours and to gain entry into the Precinct. 

Lost lanyards will not be replaced. 

If you have additional passengers, you can purchase a Weekend GA Pass at check-in.

You will need to present these tickets at the door to gain entry.

No additional tickets can be purchased for this event.

You'll have to wait and see... but you don't want to miss out!

After you have checked in at the Ayrburn Classic Office, you will be shown to your Ayrburn Classic display park for the duration of the weekend. 

Once your vehicle is parked, your vehicle cannot be moved until after 5pm on Sunday. All Ayrburn Classic cars must be in position by 5pm Friday 20th. 

If you need assistance parking from Downforce when parking your car, please ensure you arrive during the 3pm - 5pm allotted time slots.

Additional Car Park

If you requested an additional car parking on your original application, you will receive a parking pass upon check in.

Ensure you have your parking pass visible in your daily driver upon arrival - our traffic management team will direct you to your allocated car park upon arrival each day. 

For car owners who did not RSVP for an additional park for their daily driver - please follow signs to Event Parking.

If you wish to change your vehicles entry from judged to non-judged (or vice versa), please email, prior to the 16th of February.
