The Ayrburn Classic returns from Friday 19th – Sunday 21st February 2027 at Ayrburn, Arrowtown.

Friday is free to attend, with ticketed event days on Saturday and Sunday.

The Classic takes place throughout the grounds of Ayrburn, Arrowtown, surrounded by historic buildings, vineyards, gardens and the spectacular landscape of the Whakatipu Basin. The Precinct is exclusively open to ticket holders across the weekend. 

A Concours - short for Concours d’Elegance - is a prestigious automotive exhibition bringing together exceptional cars selected for their significance, rarity, condition and story.

At the Ayrburn Classic Concours, presented by Hartfields Jeweller, a curated collection of outstanding automobiles will take centre stage on Billy’s Lawn, where they will be assessed by an expert judging panel. Each car will be considered across areas including design, condition, authenticity, craftsmanship and provenance - it’s not about how fast you can go, but how beautifully a car has been preserved, restored and presented.

Launching for the first time in 2027, the Ayrburn Classic Concours will showcase 40 exceptional vehicles, competing across a range of classes for individual honours and, ultimately, the coveted title of Best in Show.

Set against the historic buildings, gardens and landscapes of Ayrburn, the Concours celebrates more than beautiful cars. It celebrates the people who preserve them, the stories behind them and the extraordinary craftsmanship that keeps automotive history alive.

GA Ticket Holders

Paid festival parking is available for our ticket holders across the weekend. Please purchase as an add-on when buying your Festival Tickets.

Please note, no EV or overnight RV parking is available over the festival weekend.

Limited trailer, large vehicle parks are available for GA ticket holders. Please ensure you arrive early to avoid missing out.

Car Entries

If you have entered your car in the Premium Display or Concour Class and have opted for a Daily Driver park. You will be issued your Parking Pass upon check in.

Commercial Exhibitors

Upon check in, you will be allocated parking passes.  

Yes! We have a limited number of nearby carparks designated specifically for mobility pass holder parking. These spaces are free but must be pre-booked, and they fill up quickly. Spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis and can be reserved once you have your event ticket.

Yes - however 12 & under are free of charge and can be secured online when buying tickets for other attendees. 

Visitors aged 16 and above may attend The Ayrburn Classic without a guardian. Guests aged 15 years or under, must be accompanied by a guardian who is at least 18 years old.

All tickets are delivered electronically. If you are unable to locate your tickets after purchase, please email events@ayrburn.com and our team will be able to reissue, electronically. 

No ID is required for general entry. Please present your ticket upon arrival. 

Please note, ID is required to purchase alcohol from our licensed venues once within the Classic.
